RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Young Trends, we carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return subject to the conditions mentioned below.

1. Return Window

A return request must be raised within 3 to 5 days from the date of delivery.

Any return request made after this period may not be accepted.

2. When is a Return Accepted?

A return will be accepted only in the following situations:

  • The product has a cut, tear, damage, or manufacturing defect.
  • You have received a different product from the one you ordered.
  • The product received is significantly different from the product shown/ordered on the website.

For damaged or defective products, customers may be required to provide clear photographs or an unboxing video as proof.

3. Size Issues / Wrong Size Ordered

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted due to size issues if the customer has ordered the wrong size.

Customers are therefore requested to carefully check the size chart and measurements before placing an order.

Please select your size carefully while ordering.

Size-related returns, exchanges, or refunds are not applicable merely because the product does not fit as expected.

4. Product Condition for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Not have been washed or altered.
  • Have all original tags and labels attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging, wherever applicable.
  • Not contain stains, perfume/odour, or other signs of use.

Young Trends reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

5. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
  • A short unboxing video, if available

After verification, Young Trends may approve a replacement, return, or refund as applicable.

6. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

The refund will generally be made through the original payment method or another available payment method, as applicable.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway or banking institution.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will generally not be accepted for:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer.
  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Product that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Products returned after the applicable 3–5 day return period.
  • Products without original tags or packaging, where applicable.
  • Minor colour differences caused by screen/display settings.
  • Normal variations in fabric, stitching, or measurements within reasonable manufacturing tolerance.

8. Return Request Process

To request a return, contact Young Trends through the customer support details provided on our website within 3–5 days of delivery.

Please mention your Order ID and clearly explain the reason for the return.

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions if the return is eligible.

9. Important Size Disclaimer

PLEASE CHECK THE SIZE CHART AND MEASUREMENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

SIZE ISSUES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size based on the measurements provided on the product page.

10. Policy Changes

Young Trends reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective once the updated policy is published on the website.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


3-5 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
